Job summary

Creative Testing Solutions is seeking a Testing Technologist to support the Plasma Testing Laboratory. You will perform high complexity testing, operate and maintain advanced equipment, and document results in accordance with CLIA, FDA, EMA, and GMP standards.

You will work under supervision with opportunities for progression to Technologist II/III; shift 3 Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm to 6:30am. CTS is an equal opportunity employer and values safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Biology or Chemistry and CLIA high complexity requirements.
• State licensure where applicable and high complexity testing competencies.
• 2+ years for Testing Technologist II, 4+ years for Testing Technologist III.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-complexity laboratory test procedures per SOPs.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain complex testing equipment.
• Document test results with ALCOA-compliant records.
• Ensure quality controls and troubleshoot instrument errors.
• Adhere to CLIA, FDA, EMA and GMP guidelines.
