Creative Testing Solutions is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Specialist (CLS) to perform routine high complexity testing of biological specimens under direct supervision. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with SOPs and CLIA requirements, and collaboration within a team to deliver quality test results.
The position requires education in Biology or Chemistry and appropriate licensure, with CLS levels II–IV responsibilities expanding to leadership, training, and complex equipment
Under direct supervision, a Clinical Laboratory Specialist (CLS) is responsible for performing routine high complexity testing of biological specimens. CLSs work in a team environment to ensure timely and quality test results. Clinical Laboratory Specialists must maintain required competencies for applicable testing.
