Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Spring, TX seeks a Phlebotomist to greet donors, perform venipuncture, operate plasmapheresis equipment, and monitor donors during donations. You will handle setup, verification, and troubleshooting under training and maintain records in the donor system.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, ability to stand all shift, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful for strong donor relations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 32 lbs., occasional 50 lbs.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors on entry/exit.
• Perform venipuncture and program plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on machines.
• Stock supplies and dispose waste properly.
• Record donor vitals and information in DIS.
• Coordinate donor flow and compensation using Debit Card system.
• Support center management with process improvements per procedures.
