Job summary

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and focus on donor safety, conduct donor screenings, record vital signs, and assist with donor compensation and documentation. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required to meet donor needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer or patient facing role.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes following procedures.
• Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts.
