Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand or walk for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Lift up to 5 lbs and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs (rarely 50 lbs).
• Experience in customer-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and adapt procedures.
