Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a medically licensed professional to oversee donor suitability for automated pheresis, administer immunizations, and provide emergency care as needed. The role includes conducting donor interviews, documenting results, and coordinating with medical leadership on donor health concerns.

Responsibilities also include communicating test results, guiding donor follow-up, and maintaining compliance with SOPs and safety policies in a high-volume plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in listed fields is required.
• Foreign medical graduate licensure accepted only if also licensed as physician or EMT in state.
• One year health-care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures.
• Administer and supervise approved immunizations for donors.
• Provide limited emergency medical care per licensure and SOPs.
• Promote positive donor relations and conduct donor interviews for suitability.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic management system.
• Respond to medically related questions with Center Medical Director/Physician.
• Counsel donors on reactive test results and refer for follow-up.
