Qualifications

• Experience operating plasma-cutting equipment or similar metal-cutting machinery.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plasma cutting equipment to cut metal materials to precise dimensions and shapes.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine cutting requirements; adjust machine settings (speed, gas flow, torch height) to optimize performance.
• Monitor cutting processes to ensure accuracy and quality of pieces; perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment; perform other duties as assigned.
