Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Billings, MT is seeking a Screening Associate to support plasma center operations. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, record vitals, and help with donor compensation while ensuring safety and courtesy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; endurance for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and record donor vitals and finger-stick results.
• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements using approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
