Job summary

The role requires an RN/NP/PA license, CPR/AED, and at least two years in a clinical setting, with responsibilities spanning donor safety, lab result review, and vaccination program support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent including a recognized nursing program.
• Current RN/NP/PA licensure in the state of responsibilities.
• CPR and AED certification; FDA training completion.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility with informed consent, medical history, and examination.
• Evaluate donor reactions and follow SOPs for emergencies and transport.
• Refer complex cases to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs as needed.
• Support vaccination programs and manage occupational health issues.
• Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized and assist EHS investigations.
