BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations in Spring, TX. You will determine donor eligibility, review lab results, and notify donors of unsuitable results under Center Manager guidance.

The role requires nursing licensure (RN/NP/PA), CPR/AED, and experience in a clinical setting, with adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements. This position emphasizes donor safety and EHS collaboration.

Competenze

• Licensed registered nurse (RN/NP/PA) in the responsible state.
• CPR and AED certification currently active.
• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent and medical history.
• Review lab results and donor safety per SOPs and regulations.
• Experience with clinical emergencies and patient safety.
• Familiarity with EHS and vaccination programs as applicable.

Mansioni

• Determine donor eligibility and consent, medical history, and examinations.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Consult Center Physician or Medical Affairs for abnormal findings.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for staff.
• Manage employee incidents with occupational health/ER guidance.
• Potential Pandemic Coordinator duties as authorized by EHS/Medical Affairs.
