Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support the plasma center operations. The role focuses on final QA review, regulatory compliance, and training coordination to ensure adherence to SOPs, CLIA/COLA, and applicable requirements.

The position involves maintaining QA documentation, coordinating training events, and supporting audits. It requires leadership experience or regulated environment exposure, strong customer service, and rigorous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret Quality Systems and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA release for shipments and documents.
• Review center QA records for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain training records and Learning Management System.
• Coordinate scheduling and delivery of training.
• Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
• Identify non-conformities and support corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA, FDA and CSL procedures.
