Job summary

CSL in Ocala, FL, seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor plasma center processes and ensure compliance with CSL procedures and applicable regulations. You will support the AMQ and participate in audits, training coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role involves final QA release of shipments, maintaining records, managing training materials in the LMS, and coordinating corrective actions with center management to uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong critical reasoning, decision-making and problem solving skills to analyze situations.
• Organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Understand Quality Systems and/or regulated training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Report compliance status data to operational quality management.
• Collaborate with center management in continuous improvement plans.
• Represent the center during internal and external audits and address quality concerns.
• Coordinate and manage training activities at the center level.
• Perform final QA review and release for shipments and related documents.
• Maintain and review plasma center personnel training documents to ensure CSL compliance.
• Manage Learning Management System data integrity and reporting.
