Job summary

BioLife Plasma in Temecula, CA is seeking a part-time donation screener/phlebotomist. You will handle donor screening, phlebotomy, and data entry to support plasma center operations, with 4–6 hour shifts across 3+ days per week.

You must hold CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT certifications and be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT license or certification required.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the Donor Information System.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per approved procedures.
• Work varying shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
