Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, medical history, and confidentiality requirements.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage emergencies per SOPs and center standing orders.
• Review laboratory test results and notify donors of unsuitable results.
• Coordinate with Center Physician and Medical Affairs for medical or technical guidance and donor safety.
• Support vaccination programs for employees and assist with incident investigations as needed.
