Qualifications

• Familiarity with plasma collection regulations and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, medical history interview, examination, and SPE review.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Consult Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical or technical guidance.
• Support employee vaccination programs (Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu) as applicable.
• Manage occupational health incidents and coordinate with EHS as needed.
• Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and assist investigations.
