Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks an experienced operations leader to manage the plasma donation facility in Attleboro, MA. You will oversee daily operations, production metrics, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while guiding a team of employees to deliver high-quality plasma products.

The role requires coordinating with district leadership, ensuring donor safety, and achieving production and cost goals within regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience preferably in a medical or other regulated field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid CPR and AED certification is required.
• Ability to be mobile for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to work weekends/extended periods and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations within the facility and use data to monitor metrics.
• Oversee employee hiring, training and development of talent.
• Provide leadership to ensure donor retention, high customer service levels, production monitoring and cost data.
• Comply with all federal, state, local and company regulations related to quality, employee and donor safety.
• Manage facility audit processes and help resolve issues from audits.
