Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda company, seeks a supervisor for the production areas at our Lemon Grove center. You will oversee staff performance and scheduling, supporting the Donor care process while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the California licenses: CPT1, CPT2, CLS or MLT.
• California licensing reimbursement available if a current license is not held at application time.
• CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational improvements.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns and ensure donor satisfaction.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform duties across Medical History, Phlebotomy and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate clearly and resolve conflicts.
