Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. in Lincoln, Nebraska seeks an Assistant Plasma Center Manager to lead daily operations, ensure compliance with FDA, CLIA, and cGMP, and support the Center Manager. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of FDA, CLIA, and cGMP regulations preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Promote customer service and donor retention through staff coaching and support.
• Ensure all activities comply with SOPs and regulatory specifications.
• Maintain operational efficiency and fiscal responsibility in line with quality standards.
• Support donor programs, including testing and identification processes.
• Oversee daily logs, temperature checks, and quality control records.
• Collaborate with management to ensure staffing coverage for donation volumes.
• Maintain personnel records, evaluations, training, and attendance.
• Assist in scheduling staff changes, vacations, and absenteeism.
• Identify and address quality or compliance issues proactively.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for production needs.
• Manage equipment maintenance and resolve issues promptly.
• Respond to alarms and excursions to protect product quality.
• Participate in deviation management, documentation, investigations, and CAPA.
• Perform opening/closing duties including security protocols and documentation.
