Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Fort Worth plasma collection center to lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive donor satisfaction. You will mentor staff, oversee staffing, schedules, equipment, and records to uphold cGMP, FDA and customer standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, business administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a plasma or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of plasma operations, FDA, CLIA, and cGMP regulations preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote customer service and donor retention through staff coaching.
• Ensure center activities comply with SOPs and FDA/EMEA specs.
• Maintain operations efficiency per cGMP and QAP standards.
• Support donor programs, including titer testing and antibodies.
• Oversee daily logs, temperature checks, and quality control.
• Collaborate on staffing and coverage for donation volumes.
• Maintain personnel records, evaluations, training, attendance.
• Schedule staff changes, vacations, and absenteeism.
• Identify quality or compliance issues proactively.
• Monitor inventory levels for production needs.
• Manage equipment maintenance and fix issues promptly.
• Respond to freezer alarms to protect product quality.
• Participate in deviation management and CAPA implementation.
• Perform opening and closing duties with checks and security.
