Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. invites you to join Kedplasma as an Assistant Manager at our Houston plasma collection center.

You will support the Center Manager, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with SOPs, FDA and cGMP standards, and foster a culture of safety, quality and care. You’ll lead a dedicated team, handle staffing, scheduling, records, inspections, and staff development while focusing on donor satisfaction, process efficiency, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a plasma or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of FDA, CLIA, and cGMP regulations is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Manager in overseeing daily operations and staffing.
• Ensure center activities comply with SOPs, FDA, EMEA, and customer specifications.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and quality control documentation.
• Lead staff development, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
• Monitor donor satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Assist in deviation management and CAPA implementation.
• Complete opening/closing duties and maintain accurate records.
