BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Medical Support Specialist to support plasma center operations, determine donor eligibility, review lab results, and manage donor safety under physician and manager supervision.
You will collaborate with EHS and Medical Affairs to ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and quality across daily donor interactions and vaccination programs.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations.
The role involves determining donor eligibility to donate plasma, managing donor adverse events, reviewing laboratory test results, and notifying donors of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Specialist is familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment and follows guidance from BioLife Medical Affairs, providing center‑level support for environmental, health and safety (EHS).

Location: USA – IA – Sioux City.
U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $23.04 – $31.68 per hour.
