All day, donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations.
You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist works under the guidance of the Center Manager for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist is familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment and follows guidance from BioLife Medical Affairs providing center‑level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).

US hourly wage range: $36.96 – $50.82. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. US based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, short‑term and long‑term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, well‑being benefits, up to 80 hours of sick time per year, and up to 120 hours of paid vacation for new hires.
