We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong business and technical expertise, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work independently.

Fluency in English is required. Spanish proficiency and Project Management experience are strong advantages.

Responsibilities

1. Advise leaders on portfolio management and resource planning.
2. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
3. Configure Planview solutions and ensure seamless integration.
4. Train and support client teams for long-term success.

What We Are Looking For

1. Planview experience (or enterprise SaaS like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft or PPM tools).
2. Strong Consulting skills – translating business challenges into solutions.
3. Project methodology knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
4. Strong communication – leading workshops and executive discussions.
5. Technical acumen – configuring and integrating Planview.
6. Fluency in English is required.
7. Travel availability - mostly remote, occasional travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Prior Planview or SaaS consulting experience.
2. Background in portfolio governance or enterprise strategy execution.
3. Power BI and advanced reporting skills.
4. Spanish proficiency (for LATAM clients).
5. Multinational company experience.
