Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Understanding and application of industrial engineering tools (work measurement, simulation, process mapping).
• Experience in large form factory manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement world class manufacturing equipment, systems, tools, procedures and processes.
• Ensure current and future processes meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Support plant startups and transfer activities across sites; mentor IE staff.
• Drive yield improvements, cost reduction programs, and continuous improvements across life cycles.
• Design optimized human interfaces for raw material delivery, product flow and workstation layouts.
