Jabil is seeking a Project Industrial Engineer to plan, design, implement, and manage integrated production and service delivery systems at a major site. You will drive profitability, quality, and continuous improvement across life cycles, with up to 75% travel for cross-functional projects and launches.
On-site role requiring strong expertise in industrial engineering tools (work measurement, simulation, facilities design) and familiarity with SAP, MES, and IEDB systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, simulation software (FlexSim), and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of work measurement, process mapping, facilities and workstation design, and operations research.
Responsabilités
- Plan, design, implement, and manage integrated production and service delivery systems.
- Drive profitability, effectiveness, adaptability, responsiveness, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Travel up to 75% (mostly domestic) and operate on-site at major sites.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, develop, test, and implement manufacturing equipment, systems, and processes.
