Jabil is seeking a Project Industrial Engineer to plan, design, implement and manage production systems at a major site. This role travels up to 75% and sits on site, coordinating cross-functional teams to transfer plans and optimize equipment, processes and workflows across sites.

The candidate will drive continuous improvement, oversee yield and quality initiatives, and mentor IE staff while aligning with Jabil's global strategies and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience in large form factory manufacturing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Flexsim, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; change-management track record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement and manage production and service delivery systems that assure performance and cost control.
• Lead cross-site teams to identify, develop, test and implement equipment, systems and processes.
• Ensure processes meet customer and regulatory requirements and improve key metrics.
• Mentor IE staff and drive standardization across workcells.
