Job summary

Central Supply Company, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Welder & Maintenance professional in West Virginia. You will perform maintenance, install equipment, and troubleshoot plant systems to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has industrial welding and fabrication experience, plus knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and electrical controls. You will read drawings and specifications to set up jobs and ensure quality workmanship.

Qualifications

Industrial plant maintenance experience required.
Skilled in welding and fabrication.
Ability to read drawings, manuals, and specs.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Communicates with Maintenance Manager on issues affecting equipment maintenance, personnel, and safety
Participates in preventative maintenance to service plant equipment and facilities
Performs welding, repairs, and replacement of damaged parts
Reads and interprets welding symbols and specifications
Maintains project schedules and coordinates daily workload
Maintains and operates field service truck
Follow lockout/tagout procedures
Ensures compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations
Coordinate with vendors for emergencies
Assist with calibration and certifications
