Qualifications

• 8+ years of automotive engineering, manufacturing, or plant vehicle engineering, launch, quality or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced technical credentials may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Six Sigma Master Black Belt or equivalent capability strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional root cause investigations for launch, production, quality, supplier, and vehicle integration issues.
• Apply structured problem solving methods and develop evidence plans, containment, and corrective actions.
• Coach teams on disciplined problem solving and data-driven decision making.
• Investigate and resolve high-impact production issues to improve first‑time quality and robustness.
• Collaborate with Design & Release, Manufacturing, Quality, Production, and Safety to drive improvements.
