WIN Waste Innovations is seeking an Assistant Utility Operator in North Andover, MA to monitor and operate ash handling and auxiliary plant equipment. Responsibilities include performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and operating support equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations.

The role requires mechanical abilities, ability to work rotating shifts and overtime, and Massachusetts Hoisting License or ability to obtain within 9 months.
