Job summary

Pace Industries, LLC in Kentucky is seeking a Finish Operator to perform secondary operations, set up and adjust equipment, and support other class operations as needed.

You will work on die casting components, follow safety rules, complete production paperwork, participate in training, and be willing to work overtime to meet customer demands.

• Change and replace tools when necessary as experience is gained.
• Use of gauges to assure the quality of the castings.
• Stand and operate machine or equipment continuously—a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Participate in training programs deemed necessary by the company.
• Complete paperwork associated with the job (time card, machine card, production records, charts, etc.).
• Follow all safety rules and work in a safe manner, so not to endanger self or co-workers.
• Report unsafe conditions.
• Wear required personal protective equipment.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Capable and willing to work overtime.

Must be able and willing to fill in and support any and all other class operations when a demand is needed. Must have the willingness to learn new operations as needed.
