Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a full-time Plant Utilities Mechanic in Cambridge, MD to perform maintenance and repair of HVAC, steam, water, ammonia refrigeration, and wastewater systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 5 years of related experience, certification preferences (CARO/CIRO, Maryland stationary engineer grades), and the ability to work 3 months on days and 3 months on nights in a rotating schedule. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of experience in plant utilities or mechanical maintenance.
• Maryland Stationary Engineer grade preferred.
• CARO Level 1 or CIRO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of Plant Utilities (HVAC, steam, water, ammonia refrigeration, wastewater).
• Document PMs, logs and work orders accurately.
• Assist production and maintenance in daily operations and troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety policies and PPE compliance.
