Job summary

This full-time on-site position offers a competitive salary range of $31.05 to $46.06 per hour, depending on experience, and is part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to train others on maintenance procedures.
• Must adhere to all work safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform operation, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of Plant Utilities.
• Document and review critical readings and test results.
• Assist departments as directed by management.

Skills

Operation, Maintenance, and Repair of Plant Utilities

Ability to work from manuals and prints

Knowledge of safety policies and procedures

Experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems

Education

Maryland Stationary Engineer Grade 3 or Grade 1

Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO) Level 1 or Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator (CIRO)
