Job summary

Pretium Packaging, L.L.C. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure reliable operation of plant utility systems and facility infrastructure.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot compressors, chillers, HVAC, and related equipment to support production uptime and safety. The role emphasizes working with cross-functional teams, maintaining CMMS records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in accordance with safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, HVAC, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably plastics, injection molding, or blow molding.
• Experience with industrial utilities including compressed air, chillers, and HVAC systems required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plant utility systems including compressed air, chillers, HVAC.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building infrastructure and utilities.
• Respond quickly to utility failures to minimize production downtime.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.
