Job summary

PBI-Gordon Corporation is seeking an Operations Utility for 1st & 2nd shifts to support daily manufacturing by operating and maintaining utility systems and preparing raw materials for batches. The role emphasizes safety, housekeeping, and efficient production, with strong teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year chemical plant experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing unit operations and equipment.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain scrubber system per procedures.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain evaporator system for waste streams.
• Prepare and stage raw materials for batch activities.
• Load and unload bulk tanker trucks per site procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas; support safety priorities.
