Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year chemical plant experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing unit operations and equipment (valves, pumps, evaporators, scrubbers).
• Operate and monitor production equipment per procedures.
• Follow batch instructions and SOPs consistently.
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a chemical environment.
• Ability to identify unsafe conditions and report them promptly.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and environmental wellbeing according to safe work programs.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain scrubber and evaporator systems.
• Perform daily sampling and coordinate with lab personnel.
• Prepare and stage raw materials for batch activities.
• Load and unload bulk materials and operate forklift as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, hazard-free work areas.
• Support production schedules and resolve issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
