Job summary

Conagra Brands seeks a Utilities Maintenance leader to ensure safe, compliant operation of plant utility systems (boilers, steam, ammonia refrigeration, air, water and gas). You will oversee maintenance teams, budgets, and reliability programs to maximize uptime and regulatory compliance across the facility.

Lead preventive and predictive maintenance, manage contractors, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and environmental standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing utilities.
• Experience with boilers, steam, ammonia refrigeration, wastewater and fire protection systems.
• Knowledge of PSM, RMP, EPA/OSHA regulations and related standards.
• SAP Plant Maintenance familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Utilities Maintenance team: scheduling, coaching, development and performance management.
• Oversee reliability, compliance and performance of utility systems (boilers, refrigeration, wastewater, gas, fire protection).
• Drive preventive, predictive and autonomous maintenance programs.
• Minimize downtime through best practices and optimization.
• Manage maintenance budgets and support capital projects.
• Ensure safety, food safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Oversee PSM, permits, refrigeration standards and fire programs.
• Implement SAP PM work management and RCA/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor performance indicators, audits, and contractor safety/quality.
• Maintain documentation, inspections, testing records and emergency procedures.
