Job summary

Silgan is seeking a responsible team member to support safety, quality, and day-to-day manufacturing tasks. You will follow written procedures, perform cleaning and sorting duties, and help maintain a safe, orderly work area.

You will inspect work areas for unsafe conditions, report issues, and participate in basic maintenance as needed, while ensuring compliance with safety rules and production standards.
