Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Maintenance Manager to own the full maintenance function for our Raleigh-based manufacturing facilities. You will lead installation, repairs, preventive programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize uptime and reliability.

Candidates should have 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance leadership, a relevant degree, and proven ability to implement standardized maintenance practices while driving cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a maintenance manager in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success implementing maintenance best practices and standardized processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance across installation, repairs, preventive programs, and continuous improvement.
• Lead safety-first initiatives and train teams to operate equipment safely.
• Establish PM procedures, monitor compliance, and drive reliability gains.
• Schedule work, validate repair estimates, and document maintenance logs.
• Coordinate external service providers and manage inventory levels.
• Track expenses, manage the maintenance budget, and prepare annual budget requests.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance equipment effectiveness and uptime.
