Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for maintenance execution and reliability engineering across manufacturing operations.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure safe equipment performance.
• Own and manage the Maintenance Work Management Process including backlog and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Operations to align maintenance with production goals.
• Lead maintenance supervisors and technicians through coaching and accountability.
• Drive reliability improvement strategies and capital projects.
• Promote continuous improvement of maintenance processes and safety.
