Job summary

Beam Global is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Yuma, Arizona facility. This full‑time, on‑site role requires strategic leadership and direct, hands‑on involvement to build a high‑performing team from the ground up.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in manufacturing operations with plant leadership, a strong Lean/continuous improvement background, and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in progressive manufacturing operations roles, with plant leadership experience.
• Experience in both assembly and fabrication environments is preferred.
• Strong track record in safety, quality and on‑time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize all manufacturing operations at the Yuma facility.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing production team from the ground up.
• Implement lean initiatives, 5S, and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure safety compliance and a zero‑incident culture across the plant.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and production scheduling with ERP visibility.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain and Sales for new products.
