Job summary

Antolin in the United States seeks a Deputy Plant Manager to drive transformation projects and operational excellence across our manufacturing footprint. You will partner with the Plant Manager to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with finance, quality, and supply chain, and deliver strategic improvements while developing leadership capability.

The role emphasizes digital transformation, AIS, and sustainability within a dynamic, international manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations, production management, or plant leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Solid understanding of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to relocate across the USA.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical plant transformation projects, including digital transformation and AIS breakthroughs.
• Coordinate cross functional teams to deliver objectives across people, operations, finance, quality, supply chain.
• Drive project execution with timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with Antolin standards and AIS.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and performance.
• Influence stakeholders across the organization without direct authority.
• Build internal networks and report progress and impact.
• Support change management for new processes and digital systems.
• Develop organizational capability through coaching and mentoring.
