Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership with full-site operating, budget, and cost accountability.
• Proven track record building operating systems, routines, and standards where none existed.
• Experience in disciplined manufacturing environments with high operating standards; OSHA knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and sustain improvements through teams.

Responsibilities

• Own daily production output and throughput with line visibility.
• Own the production schedule against open orders and backlog.
• Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications.
• Manage shipping and logistics performance.
• Establish line-level performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Lead capital projects and cost control initiatives.
