Zusammenfassung

CANPACK Group is seeking a Training & Development professional to drive plant-wide capability building. You will coordinate training programs, mentor local trainers, administer the Skills Management IT system, and ensure execution of standardized training across sites.

You will plan on-the-job and classroom training, monitor progress, report gaps, and collaborate with the Group/Corporate Training Team to implement global training solutions. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Education, Manufacturing, Adult Learning, Learning & Development or related fields.
• Health & Safety (Occupational Safety Training).
• Company Policies and Code of Conduct.
• Train the trainer training; On-the-Job Training methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate training activities that support KPIs in collaboration with departments, including on-the-job and classroom training.
• Recruit, onboard and develop local mentors/current trainers and verify mentoring activities.
• Plan, organize and coordinate training activities to support KPI’s.
• Organize and supervise skills assessments and validate proficiency levels.
• Monitor training plans, prepare reports and communicate progress, gaps, and results to stakeholders.
• Promote training initiatives through internal communications and support global training solutions at plant level.
• Travel up to 10% to support other sites or projects.
