Job summary
CANPACK Group is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day maintenance and basic repair activities across buildings, utilities, and facility infrastructure. You will provide hands-on technical support for minor repairs and support small investment and renovation tasks in line with CANPACK Core Values.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in facility maintenance, with vocational or technical education and familiarity with building systems, electrical, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Vocational or technical secondary education in maintenance, construction, electrical or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, technical services, or similar role.
- Experience in industrial or production environment is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular checks and basic monitoring of buildings and facility installations to support safe daily operations.
- Carry out routine maintenance activities and inspections according to procedures.
- Follow safety and regulatory requirements; keep technical records up to date.
- Support external inspectors and service providers during audits with access and documentation.
- Identify and report issues; assist with corrective or preventive actions as instructed.
