Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Plant Training Coordinator to oversee training across Operations, Quality, and technical roles. You will ensure induction and cross-training, maintain training materials, and align plans with Refresco NA.

You’ll work with HRBP and plant leadership, keeping current on local/state training grants and programs. The role emphasizes GMP, food safety, and collaboration with site leaders to standardize training across the plant while managing the Learning

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in training or HR in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in high-speed food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Alchemy or other training systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training in Operations, Quality, and technical roles.
• Maintain Learning Management System (Alchemy) and training records.
• Develop, plan, deliver, and evaluate training with plant leadership.
• Coordinate training schedules with HRBP, supervisors, and line leads.
• Document and maintain plant SOPs and training materials.
• Identify training gaps and pursue relevant training grants.
• Collaborate with local technical schools to meet training needs.
