Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Plant Training Coordinator to oversee training across Operations, Quality and technical roles at our Concordville site in PA.

You will ensure induction and cross-training, maintain training materials, and align the plant training plan with Refresco NA standards, while coordinating with HR, leadership and external partners. The role emphasizes GMP adherence, adherence to food quality standards, and effective use of the Learning Management System.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-speed food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP and PowerPoint; experience with Alchemy or other training systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated training experience in a production environment with strong project management.
• Strong project management skills; understands continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing.
• Strong team player able to work across multiple functions.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems; results oriented.
• Ability to work under deadline pressures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Leadership and facilitation; engage participants and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Collaborative mindset across HR, Operations, Technical and external partners.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and records.
• Adaptability to changing plant needs and tech.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety policies, GMPs and PPE requirements.
• Develop, plan, deliver, and evaluate training activities focused on job competence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for plant employees, leadership, third parties, and during site audits for training requests and issues.
• Ensure proper use of the Learning Management System (Alchemy) to track and manage training.
• Maintain training records for all employees including agency staff.
• Coordinate and schedules training with plant leadership, HR Business Partner, Supervisors and Line Leads.
• Proactively develop, document, and maintain plant-specific SOPs and share with plant leadership.
• Collaborate with corporate training manager for guidance and objectives.
• Collaborate with peers to share expertise across sites.
• Build a network within Refresco NA Operations and HR focused on training initiatives.
• Support departments in identifying training gaps and scheduling relevant training.
• Work within budget constraints for training.
• Assess training effectiveness and standardize training resources.
