Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Plant Training Coordinator to oversee training across Operations, Quality, and technical roles. You will manage induction and cross-training, coordinate with HR Business Partner and leadership, and keep training materials aligned with Refresco NA standards.

The role involves maintaining training records, using Alchemy LMS, developing SOPs, and driving continuous improvement in plant training programs while collaborating across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–5 years of training/HR experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP and PowerPoint; Alchemy a plus.
• Strong project management and Lean/continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety, GMPs and PPE requirements.
• Develop, plan, organize, deliver, and evaluate training activities.
• Maintain training records and use Alchemy LMS to track training.
• Coordinate training with plant leadership and HR partners.
• Document training procedures and prepare training aids.
