Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• 5 years of experience with CI Systems methodology including TPM.
• Strong knowledge of TPM principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall TPM strategy at the plant.
• Align resources with business priorities for Safety, Quality, and Service.
• Participate actively in operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
