Job summary

Ecolab Deutschland GmbH is seeking a TPM Manager for our Martinsburg, WV manufacturing site. You will lead TPM strategy, align resources with safety, quality, service, and savings, and be a hands-on operations partner driving continuous improvement across pillars.

The role focuses on coaching teams, implementing CI initiatives, and advancing TPM through Ecolab's Journey to Silver. Strong Lean Six Sigma background and cross-functional leadership are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5 years manufacturing/supply chain experience.
  • 2–3 years CI/TPM/Lean Six Sigma experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PM certification.
  • Experience coaching cross-functional teams on productivity and loss elimination.
  • Strong TPM and HPO knowledge and methodology (5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Visual Management, Kaizen).
  • Proven leadership, change management, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to influence at all levels.

  • Participate as hands-on operations member identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Drive productivity and loss elimination by engaging associates at all levels.
  • Lead TPM progression through Ecolab Journey to Silver Assessment.
  • Deliver TPM training and support Loss Analysis culture.

What you will do:

  • Deliver TPM training aligned with training plans and support the skillsrequiredto create a Loss Analysis culture.

  • Participate as a member of the regional TPM Community of Practice (CoP), sharing best practices and driving the organization to high performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5years of experience inmanufacturing, supply chain environment

  • 2-3yearsofexperience in CI Systemsmethodologyincluding TPM, Lean Manufacturing,orSix Sigma

  • Lean Six SigmaGreenBelt Certifiedand/or project management certified

  • Experience in coaching and leading cross-functional teams, especially in productivity efficiency and loss elimination (Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, PDCA) projects

  • Working knowledge of TPM(Operational excellence and lean manufacturing)and HPO principlesandmethodology(5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance,Focused Improvement,Visual Management, Kaizen, Organizational Design)

  • Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, developothersand strategically plan for continuous improvement.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, Science or Business

  • 7+years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment

  • 3-5years leading TPM implementation and lean six sigma in a manufacturing setting

  • Strong financial acumenwith costing background

  • Lean Six Sigma Black BeltCertified

  • Experience leading process improvement projects for chemical processes

  • Proven experience driving culture change using sound change managementmethodology

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $96,700.00 - $145,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
