Job summary

Ecolab in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Manufacturing Technology Manager to drive process improvement for ion exchange resins at the G-Street facility. Lead cross-functional teams and deliver sustainable shopfloor improvements across a 24/7 operation.

Serve as site leader for process engineering, partnering with RD&E, Quality, Engineering and Production to meet business priorities and transfer technology from other sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry required.
• Six Sigma Green Belt with proven results in applying improvement methods.
• Experience with suspension polymerizations and polymer processing.
• Knowledge of P&ID standards, safety regulations and environmental codes.
• Hands-on experience with equipment PM/AM and plant maintenance.
• Proven leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver process improvement projects to improve quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Line-manage and develop a high-performing process engineering team.
• Prepare KPIs and weekly progress reports; participate in OGSMs and Project Days.
